1. Information We Collect

• Contact & enquiry data — name, phone number, email address, city and institute name, submitted through our contact, demo request, brochure and requirement forms.
• Chat data — the messages you type into our website chat assistant, and your name and mobile number if you ask for a callback. We keep chats so our team can follow up and improve the answers; chats with no callback request are deleted after about six months. When an AI service is used to write a reply, your question is sent to that service provider for that purpose only. Please do not share passwords or other sensitive details in the chat.
• Technical data — IP address, browser type, pages visited, referring URL and UTM campaign parameters, collected automatically to understand how visitors reach and use the site.
• Software data — for subscribing schools, our platform processes student, parent, teacher and staff records (e.g. attendance, fees, exam results) strictly as instructed by that institution, which remains the data controller for its own students' and staff's records.

• To respond to enquiries, schedule demos and provide quotations.
• To operate, maintain and improve the software for subscribing institutions.
• To send service-related communication via SMS, WhatsApp, email or phone (e.g. demo confirmations, attendance/fee notifications configured by your school).
• To measure site performance and marketing effectiveness.

3. Cookies & Similar Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies for essential site functionality (e.g. keeping a form submission secure) and, where enabled, for analytics to understand aggregate traffic patterns. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings; some site features may not function correctly without them.

4. Sharing & Third Parties

We do not sell personal data. We share data only with service providers who help us operate the site and software — for example, SMS/WhatsApp gateway providers, cloud hosting, and payment processors used for fee collection — bound by confidentiality obligations, and only to the extent needed to provide the service. We may disclose data if required by law.

5. Children's Data

Our software is used by schools to manage student records, which may include data relating to children. Such data is collected and controlled by the subscribing school or college, not directly by Simption from the child. We process it solely on the institution's behalf and instructions, under contractual and technical safeguards.

We retain personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above, or as required by law or an active subscription agreement, and apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect it against unauthorized access, alteration or disclosure.

7. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us using the details below. If your school manages your records through our software, please contact your school directly, as they control that data.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
