It is not advisable for students to bring money or other valuable articles like electronic devices, jewellery etc. to school.
Any kind of damage to school property or spoiling the school premises/buildings will be made good at the cost of the responsible students.
Every student must possess a copy of the school diary which is to be brought to school on all working days.
Parents/guardians should inform in writing to the Principal the change of address or telephone number, if any.
Parents should not give pocket money for outing/picnics without confirming the same from the Principal /H.M. If not the school authorities will not be responsible for any kind of untoward incidents.
Strict regularity and implicit obedience is to be executed in the class. Smoking / Alcohol / Panmasala / Tobacco etc. is strictly prohibited and liable for dismissal.
Any report of objectionable conduct out of the institution is punishable.
Regularity and punctuality should become a habit with each pupil.
During the absence of the teacher, the class monitor is responsible for order and discipline in the class.
At the stroke of the school bell all students should attend the assembly after which all must disperse immediately classwise to their respective classes.
Rules For Library
The School Library books are for leisure and academics. Only one book will be issued at a time.
All books have to be returned before the final exam.
Writing, tearing, marking or underlining the library books is absolutely forbidden.
Books lost damaged or wrongly handled, will have to be paid for or replaced.
Perfect silence is to be observed in the library.
In case of loss of books the cost of the book has to be deposited.
Rules Concerning Leaves & Absence
No one who is late or has been absent for more than 3 days will be admitted to the class without the permission of the Principal or Headmistress.
Leave is not granted except on prior written application from parents, which can be done through his handbook.
Every absence, sick leave etc.. must be entered in the leave record pages of hand book and signed by the parent. If a student is unable to come to school for more than three days, the case must be reported to the principle or headmistress.
All are expected to attend the classes on the last working day before the start of the vacations.
