Payments are non-refundable
- Once a payment is made, it is non-refundable and non-cancellable for any reason.
- Transaction fees charged are borne by the cardholder for any payment, including duplicate payments.
- Transaction fee charges are not refunded or reversed under any circumstances — for any refund, reversal, chargeback, any other reason, or even duplicate payments.

Governing law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act, 2000. Any disputes are subject to the courts at Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.
