Privacy Policy

Last updated · June 18, 2026

Simption Tele Marketing (“we”, “us” or “our”), with its office at B-32, IT Park, Bhopal, operates this website. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting the personal information you share with us. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using this website or contacting us through it, you agree to the practices described here.

Information we collect

We collect only what we need to respond to you and supply our products and services:

  • Details you provide — when you fill in our quote or contact form, we collect your name, phone number, email address (if you give one), and the message or requirement you share with us.
  • Information collected automatically — like most websites, our server may record basic technical data such as your browser, device, approximate location and the pages you view, to keep the site secure and working well.

How we use your information

  • To respond to your enquiry and call or email you back.
  • To prepare quotes and supply the attendance machines and services you ask for.
  • To improve our website and our offerings.
  • To send service-related updates you have asked for.
  • To meet legal, tax or regulatory requirements.

Payments

If you make a payment to us, the transaction is processed by secure, RBI-authorised third-party payment gateways. We do not collect or store your full card, UPI or bank account details on our own servers — these are handled directly by the payment gateway under its own security and privacy terms.

All payments made are non-refundable and non-cancellable, and transaction fees are borne by the cardholder (including for duplicate payments) and are not reversed under any circumstances. Full details are in our Terms & Conditions, which you accept before proceeding to payment.

Attendance & biometric data

Where we supply or install biometric, face-recognition or RFID attendance machines, any attendance or biometric data captured by those devices belongs to and is controlled by you — the school, office or organisation that operates them. We do not collect, access or store that data through this website.

Cookies

We use minimal cookies — only those needed for the website to function and to understand basic usage. We do not use cookies to build advertising profiles. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the site may then work less smoothly.

How we share your information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with:

  • service providers who help us run our business — such as website hosting, email and payment gateways — and only to the extent needed;
  • authorities or other parties when we are required to by law, or to protect our rights, safety or property.

Data security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information against unauthorised access, loss or misuse. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

How long we keep it

We keep your information only as long as needed to respond to you, supply our services, and meet any legal or accounting obligations. After that, it is deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or withdraw your consent at any time. Just contact us using the details below and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Children’s privacy

This website and our services are intended for schools, institutions and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will remove it.

Links to other websites

Our website may link to other sites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those websites, and we encourage you to read their own privacy policies.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.

Governing law

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, together with the rules made under them. Any disputes are subject to the courts at Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.
