What We Do
What Simption Electronic Offers
01
Four Ways to Mark
Most campuses mix them: face at the main gate, cards for primary, fingerprint for staff.
- Face: contactless, nothing to touch or carry
- Fingerprint: proven and cheap for staff and senior classes
- RFID card: tap-and-go for large primary sections
- QR: backup marking from a phone when a device is down
02
Hardware plus Software
Attendance data flows into the Simption school software with no manual upload.
- Punches land in the attendance module in seconds
- Absentee SMS and app notification to parents
- Class-wise, section-wise and staff attendance registers
- Half day, late mark and leave rules set per school policy
- The same enrolment data drives PVC ID cards and RFID cards
How It Works
From First Call to Fully Running
Mount and connect
We fix the unit at your gate or office and put it on your LAN or Wi-Fi. A static IP is not required.
Enrol once
Students and staff are enrolled from your existing Simption records, with no re-typing of names or roll numbers.
It runs itself
Every punch reaches your software within seconds. Absentee SMS to parents goes out at your chosen cut-off time.
