PAYMENT, REFUND AND CANCELLATION TERMS

The following terms are agreed between the Merchant (the Institute / School) and the Customer (parent, student, cardholder or payer) at the time of making any online payment:

1. Non-Refundable / Non-Cancellable: Once a payment is made, the same is non-refundable and non-cancellable for any reason whatsoever.
2. Transaction Fees Borne by Cardholder: Transaction fees / convenience charges levied on any payment shall be borne by the cardholder / customer for every payment made, including duplicate payments.
3. Transaction Fee Not Reversible: Transaction fee charges will not be refunded or reversed under any circumstances, including in the event of any refund, reversal, chargeback, duplicate payment or for any other reason whatsoever.
